Saddle Head for 1/4×20 Thread Scope Mount

$30.50

This allows you to mount a scope that does not have 1/4” X 20 thread by clamping it to the saddle mount. The saddle mount in turn attaches to the 1/4” X 20 mount found on common table top video/camera tripods and stands. You can rotate your scope inside the saddle band for additional adjustment options. Specify band size; Standard 2.25” to 3.25” or Large 3.25” to 4.25” diameter.

Common Uses: Many shooters use these on their pistol boxes.  Older spotting scopes didn’t have a 1/4x 20 mount and this allows you to mount them to a stand. Also, if you have a spotting scope body with a stripped out .25×20 thread this mount is the solution as you can still mount your scope without the scope body threads. The saddle mount allows for rotation of the scope inside the band which is yet another reason these mounts are so popular.
