Freeland Cleaning Pellets remove dirt and lead residue from the barrel. They do not take the place of a thorough cleaning with a rod but with regular use they will help maintain performance.
The fine fibers provide brush-like scrubbing properties due to the high fiber thread count. The felt pad absorbs liquids and can trap large and small particles of dirt in its tangled fiber structure thus removing them out of the bore. Fibers are harmless and exceptionally gentle. Pellets can bring metal surfaces to a high polish.
